As a part of Copenhagen Jazz Festival, we invite you to jazz concert and seafood at Almanak Sunday July 7th from 4 – 7 PM.

We set the tables at our terrace where you can enjoy a delicious seafood platter and concert with Chris Andersen Music in the company of Vanisha Gould from 5 PM

Price: 345 DKK (drinks not included)

Seafood plate with:

2 oysters

4 big shrimps

1 crab claw with meat

Steamed mussels

Lots of bread and butter

2 types of mayo/aioli

Mixed salad with baby Gem and tomatoes.

About Chris Andersen

The Danish/American drummer Christopher Andersen has been in New York for the last half year gigging and teaching. He previously received a bachelor’s in performance from Berklee College of Music. Besides Vanisha Gould, Chris has played with artists such as Melissa Aldana, Paul Sikivie, Lauren Desberg, Mikkel Ploug and Dotan Negrin (PianoAroundTheWorld).

 

About Vanisha Gould

Vanisha Gould, California native began singing at the age of 4. Her love for jazz and its culture led her to New York where she currently sings professionally. Influenced by Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Sarah Vaughan, and Billie Holiday, Vanisha has curated her own sound and has performed on some of New York’s finest stages such as Minton’s, Smalls and Dizzy’s. In New York she leads her own band performing original compositions and classics from the Great American Songbook.
