NEW COCKTAILS AND DISHES ON THE MISSION MENU

Our international, and not least creative, chefs team in Mission have experimented with new dishes and cocktails on the occasion of winter.

The result is an exciting new menu, inspired by food traditions from all corners of the world – and, as usual, it is based on local and sustainable ingredients. You can, for instance, taste honey-roasted Hokkaido pumpkin, served with fresh cream, brown butter, sage and the house’s selected Christmas spices – or pizza with wild mushrooms, smoked scamorza, fresh thyme and Lardo.

The menu is new, but the concept is the same: A feast made with great love for vegetables, besides home-made bread and pasta. The menu is served in a social-sharing-style in cozy surroundings with an affordable price: a 10-course menu for only DKK 350 – incl. the city’s best view of the Copenhagen harbour. To accompany the feast, our bartender Josh has put together a seductive new cocktail menu that gives the classics an innovative twist. Among other things, you can look forward to a Juicy Josh, where the pungent taste of vodka blends with the sweetness of passion fruit and turmeric syrup as well as the bitterness from lime, topped with an aromatic cinnamon stick and fresh mint leaves.
